At VSS, we believe in the personal development of our pupil & through our fully integrated PDP (Performance Development Program & STEAM programs. We run continuous inhouse training sessions which create a clear cycle of improvement, leading directly to student outcomes. We will teach our pupils to analyse, comprehend and reflect, giving them the skills needed to progress to the forefront of their respective fields.
